Every situation is as different as the person living it.
If you are a first-time homebuyer, it can feel like the time spent discussing your future is the bank’s alone. You schedule a 15-minute meeting with your bank and after rushing through explaining your situation you leave with more questions than answers.
You want information you can use, but the bank doesn’t have time for details.
They aren’t interested in explaining how your mortgage works or why their choice is best suited to you. And if they say no, they really don’t have time for you – what can you do to fix it, what steps do you take to make it happen.
But I do.
I believe taking the time to understand your situation is important.
I believe finding the right mortgage for you is important, not just luring you in with low rates. Don’t get me wrong, low rates matter but they are not the whole picture.
I believe being upfront at all times is the best way to work together to find you your first home.
Anyone can sell you a mortgage. How much time do you need to get it right?
You have your mortgage with a bank, but you have a relationship with me!
